2. Data We Collect

Account Information

Email address, optional name, and authentication data through our authentication provider.

Agenda Data

Agenda titles, session information (names, times, descriptions, locations), participant information, and calendar synchronization data.

Usage Data

Device type, browser information, IP address, pages visited, and feature usage patterns.

Payment Data

Subscription status and payment history. Credit card details are processed externally and not retained by us.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your data for the following purposes:

Service delivery: agenda creation, calendar synchronization, public page generation
Transactional emails and notifications
Service improvement and feature development
Analytics and usage monitoring

4. Calendar Integration

When you connect your calendar (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or Apple Calendar), we access only the permissions necessary to create and update events for your agendas. We do not read or access your existing calendar events.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

Supabase (Frankfurt, EU) - Database hosting
Vercel (Global CDN) - Application hosting
Google (USA with EU processing) - Calendar API
Microsoft (USA with EU processing) - Calendar API

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL)
Encryption at rest on Supabase servers
Role-based access controls
Regular security audits
Encrypted backups

7. Data Retention

Active account data is retained while your account is active
Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days
Anonymized aggregated analytics may be retained indefinitely

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

Right to access your personal data
Right to correction of inaccurate data
Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
Right to data portability
Right to restrict processing
Right to object to processing
