Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Sheduler, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the service.
2. Service Description
Sheduler provides:
- Multi-day agenda creation and management
- Session scheduling with times, locations, and descriptions
- Participant role management
- Calendar synchronization with Google, Outlook, and Apple Calendar
- Public shareable agenda pages
3. Account Requirements
3.1 Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use Sheduler.
3.3 Security
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Report any unauthorized access immediately.
4. Subscription Plans
4.1 Free Plan
Limited access to core features with restrictions on number of agendas and sessions.
4.2 Paid Plans
Multiple tiers with varying features, limits, and calendar platform support available at sheduler.app/pricing.
4.3 Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Prices include applicable VAT.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. Partial-month refunds are not available.
5. Your Content
5.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of all agenda content, session data, and participant information you create or upload.
5.2 License Grant
You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for providing the service.
5.3 User Responsibility
You ensure you have the right to share any content you upload and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
6. Calendar Integration
By connecting your calendar, you authorize Sheduler to create and update calendar events for your agendas. You understand that calendar changes are pushed to participants who have synced your agenda.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Upload misleading or fraudulent agenda content
- Circumvent security measures
- Reverse engineer the application
- Resell or redistribute the service
- Deploy automated systems to abuse the service
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Ownership
Sheduler's design, features, and code are owned by S&C Holding GmbH.
8.2 Trademarks
"Sheduler" and associated logos are trademarks of S&C Holding GmbH.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Sheduler is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the service will meet all your requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or violations of these Terms.
12. Termination
12.1 By You
You may delete your account at any time via Settings.
12.2 By Us
We may terminate your account for Terms violations, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or 12+ months of inactivity.
12.3 Effect
Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Austrian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vienna, Austria.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
