We are Sheduler, a Vienna-based startup that builds micro-SaaS solutions for everyday problems. Not the flashy, never-been-done-before kind. The kind that's been around forever but never quite worked the way it should.
Founder, Sheduler
A small team based in Vienna with a simple belief: software should help, not hinder. We've spent years frustrated by tools that promise simplicity and deliver complexity. So we decided to build what we wanted to use ourselves. If it passes the "would we actually use this daily?" test, we ship it. If not, back to the drawing board.
We look for those moments where people think "there has to be a better way" and build that better way. Agenda management. Calendar synchronization. Event scheduling. These aren't new problems. But the solutions? Often bloated, confusing, or just plain frustrating. That's where we come in.
Every feature we add, we ask: does this make things simpler or more complex? If it's the latter, it doesn't ship.
The micro-interactions. The edge cases. The things most people won't notice but everyone will feel. That's where the magic happens.
We measure success by how little our users have to think. One tap. One step. Done. That's the goal.
We don't start with technology and look for problems. We start with people, their frustrations, and work backwards from there.
We're not building tools that create more work. We're building tools that eliminate it. Real-time calendar synchronization that actually understands what you need. Automatic updates that reach everyone instantly. Smart detection that knows when sessions change. Technology should fade into the background and just make things work better. That's our approach.
"Schedule updated! All 47 participants notified automatically."

Big doesn't mean better. Focused does. We build single-purpose tools that do one thing exceptionally well. Sheduler manages agendas and calendar sync. Period. No CRM bolted on. No project management "features" nobody asked for. Just agendas, done right. When you try to be everything to everyone, you end up being nothing to anyone.
Sheduler is our first product, but it won't be our last. We're constantly looking for those everyday annoyances that deserve better solutions. The ones where people settle for "good enough" because nothing better exists. That's our sweet spot.
Have an everyday problem that deserves a better solution? We'd love to hear about it.
